User Deletion Requests
A user may request deletion of stored Plaid access tokens and associated cached financial account data from the authenticated dashboard or by contacting Ultracorp at the email address below. Email requests should come from the email address used for the Ultracorp account when possible.
In-App Disconnect And Deletion
Signed-in users who have completed MFA can use the dashboard's Delete Plaid data control to remove stored Plaid access tokens, local connection state, and cached account data associated with their Ultracorp account.
Deletion Scope
- Stored Plaid access tokens for the connected institution.
- Cached account, balance, holding, and securities data held by Ultracorp.
- Local item metadata used to identify the Plaid connection.
- Associated manual dashboard data when the user requests full account deletion.
Retention
Ultracorp retains connected account access only as long as needed to provide the dashboard experience or until the user disconnects their account or requests deletion. Some minimal records may be retained if needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes.
Response Process
Ultracorp may ask for information needed to verify the requester before deleting financial data. Confirmed deletion requests are reviewed and completed as promptly as reasonably possible.
